Our eDISC Practitioner Accreditation is a comprehensive day of training. We explore using DISC in the workplace and the four main behavioural styles looking closely at individual’s:

• Perceived and natural DISC styles
• Strengths, motivators and fit with their current or future role and workplace environment
• Causes and signs of stress, and how you can help them
• Communication and behavioural preferences
• Adaptive DISC tactics

We also teach you to confidently use the Online Platform so you are in control of administering your DISC assessments, in a separate free System Admin webinar.

Learning Outcomes:

Learn how to debrief the eDISC Profiles and interpret the diamond. Identify important ‘emotions’ seen in graphs through the 10 special cases. You will also learn about why eDISC profiling is so commonly applied in the business environment and how easy the FinxS platform is to use in administering reports for yourself or for a client.
